Mall of America Theme Park to get New Theme

MOA The Park at MOATM,  is the largest indoor family amusement park in the nation.  The park is home to seven acres of fun with more than 30 remarkable rides and attractions, nine mouth watering places to eat, plenty of entertainment and, of course, shopping.  And now having once been Camp Snoopy, the theme park is about to change its name again.

When completed in March of 2008, the park will be called  the Nickelodean Universe. Nickelodean's licensed characters include SpongeBob SquarePants (my personal favorite), Dora the Explorer and Jimmy Neutron. They are all very appealing, I am sure, but Minnesota will miss Snoopy.

Kathleen, Dora the explorer wins hands down around here. We have her on slippers, cups, plates and toys. I think that is because my husband's sister is named Dora. Hum. Nice post. We've been to the mall -- not the theme park. Would like to come again.

I was pregnant while we lived in Fargo ND and never did make it to the MOA. I was always to tired and sick to make a trip. But my husband and daughter are big shoppers and always talk about taking a trip to see it! I guess we missed out on Snoopy :(

There are a lot of International shoppers that come in from Hong Kong , France, and England to buy things  -but a lot of people in MN  have never been there.:)
